Shipping Policy
After credit approval/payment confirmation, the product will be ready to ship in 7-14 business days. Delivery can take up to 15 business days or as per the final delivery date agreed at the time of order confirmation, depending on where you live.Product orders are shipped through registered domestic courier companies and/or speed post only. Delivering of the shipment subject to Postal authority/Courier Company norms. Swaranjali Publication is not liable for any delay in delivery by the Postal authorities/Courier Companies and only guarantees to hand over the consignment to the Postal authorities/Courier Companies. Delivery of all the orders will be to registered address of the buyer/customer as per the debit/credit card only at all times(unless mentioned at the time of Order). Delivery of our products will be conducted as mentioned during the registration process. Refund Policy
If the creative work is yet to get published:
Cancellations if any, have to be made within 48 hours of ordering and payment. After that, no requests for refund will be entertained. Although a cancellation charge as 7.5% of the actual payment will be penalized from the refund amount. There will be no refund in case of 48 hours are over after the payment.
If the creative work is already published:
The composer/author/owner can withdraw the "creative work"(book or CD or DVD or e-book or banner or poster or visiting card or invitation card or study-material or research work or any other kind of printed or written or designed or electronic work) from "Swaranjali Publication" any time, if the book gets selected for print/publication by any conventional or other publishers; or for other reasons. There can be a service cancellation charge (only in some special cases) of maximum INR 2000 (if the composer/author/owner have placed the order with Indian address) or $100(if the composer/author/owner have placed the order with address outside India) for doing this; however the composer/author/owner must inform "Swaranjali Publication" by e-mail, so that "Swaranjali Publication" stops selling and enlisting his "creative work"(book or CD or DVD or e-book or banner or poster or visiting card or invitation card or study-material or research work or any other kind of printed or written or designed or electronic work). There will be no case of refund from "Swaranjali Publication" for the composer/author/owner withdrawing a book or withholding publication.
